The Art Deco desk boasts a classic “skyscraper” design, with a stepped serpentine / cloud shaped top section above two bow shaped pedestals. The top of the desk features stunning quality figured walnut, mirror-matched timbers, incorporating a shaped removable glass top. The top section consists of three serpentine shaped drawers above a bank of three bowed drawers in each pedestal. The Art Deco pedestal desk retains its original walnut knobs and handles. The drawers are constructed with dovetailed joints and close flush to the frame. The desk pedestals stand on elegant recessed Art Deco curved plinths. This Art Deco walnut desk boasts classic Art Deco styling in the overall design of the curved corners, clean lines to the tops, the handles and the feet. This is a single piece Art Deco desk. The Bedroom

An Art Deco bedroom set from about 1940 includes a standard full size bed, tall chest of drawers, and dressing table or desk with bench.

Walnut with matched burl, the satiny restored finish is excellent on this American furniture. Drawers have original pulls and dovetailed solid oak sides. No maker's signature survives.

The bed measures 6' 6" long, 57" wide, the headboard is 40" tall and the footboard is 24" high. Wood support slats are included as shown.

Size of the tall chest or dresser is 32" wide, 18" deep, and 48" tall.

The dressing table or vanity has a round mirror, it is 44" wide, 18" deep and 5' 5" tall.

Size of the recently upholstered bench is 30" long, 14" wide and 18" high.
