This table has an out-swept saber-leg pedestal, solid brass leveling casters, heavy custom forged brass capped feet, steel-reinforced legs, pie-cut, and slip-matched crotch mahogany top with a finely inlaid black-white separator. The table is finished in our rich extra dark walnut color, often compared to an espresso bean brown. This high-end antique reproduction table is exceptionally sturdy and manufactured exclusively for our online store. We also decided to fit the cabinet doors with a working lock and key so you can keep the leaves safe inside the locked doors. Hidden inset magnets hold the doors snugly closed. Fine Chippendale Style Cherry Two Piece Breakfront China Cabinet
A fine quality Chippendale or Georgian style cherry two piece breakfront china cabinet or bookcase, the upper case featuring a split pediment crest and nicely carved cornice with dentil molding, surmounting four glass doors with fretwork opening to three storage compartments, each with two glass shelves with plate rails, over a lower case with four central dovetailed drawers flanked by a fitted drawer and single paneled door on each side, which opens to a single drawer storage compartment. The piece is accented with brass pulls and is in very good overall condition, with minor surface scratches and imperfections, as well as light wear commensurate with age and use. Includes a set of three keys to lock doors and drawers. The piece does not appear to be signed, but the locks are signed “Ball & Ball, Exton, PA” . This breakfront dates to the late 20th century and is in very good to excellent condition, with minimal imperfections and light expected wear from age and use. Dimensions: 90 in H x 74 in W x 20 in D.
